If they don't have a ticket insist on them shipping first so you can check it out.
If the ad says it will not be DOA cannot test it. Usually means it don't work.
ALWAYS check feedback on Feedback Forum.
If it looks too good to be true, it is.
Always check prices on Gigaparts, R&L Electronics and AES. Some of this stuff is priced at more than new.
If it says it worked when we put it away it is a good guess it don't work now.
If they say I have no way to test it. you will probable let the smoke out of it when you turn it on.
