For those of you that aren't aware, the ARRL has submitted a Rule Making Proposal to the FCC (# RM-11709) which if passed will permit wide digital signals (up to 2.8khz) on our currently narrow sub-band areas designated exclusively for CW and Digital transmissions. The interference ramifications to this are painfully obvious. If you wish to provide your comments to the FCC about this ARRL proposal, here's the link:
