How to Program a HT1000 portable

Several yrs ago I moved from OH to Fl. I recently decided to get back on the air using my old HT1000 port. Unfortunately the repeaters
in this area are on different freq. I have the programing hardware for the HT1000, but the software was made for dos based computers
running at 25 Mhz. Does anyone know where I can get updated software or where I can get the radios reprogramed? Tnx k8BNO
