Has anyone had problems with the band switch on a Kenwood TS 530?

My radio works fine on 160, 80 and 40 meters, but does not work on the upper bands.

Do you get an indication of drive (ALC Meter) on the higher bands or is there no meter deflection in ALC when you tune the Drive control through its range?
