Anyone know the value of KWS-1 HV Fuses?

Hi All;
I don't need these & would like to know a fair price as I never seen them listed before, anywhere.
I found 4, 3 are black & marked F28A, 2500v CEFCO, 1A.
The Lighter colored one is unmarked but the same physical size as the 3 black ones.
I only checked them with a VOM like any other fuse, show good!
One of the black ones has a few splits in the metal ends but they are not loose.
Any help in a fair price will be apprechiated.
