That one always gets me. "Asking $200 FIRM" is an oxymoron. If you are ASKING $200 that implies you are willing to negotiate. If the price is $200 FIRM, then there is no negotiation. Am I the only person who thinks this? No big deal, just makes me shake my head every time I see it. That is all.
