I have offered these two places as possible sources a few times in the past to individuals. So I thought I would just post it here for all to see.
Here in the Greater Dayton Area we are blessed with two sources for inexpensive electronic parts, and surplus items for your inventive mind. You can try these, I don't know how responsive they are on the web.
MECI is a very big place without a single person that knows all inventory, so might be difficult on the web. Midwest Surplus is owned by one guy and he knows every part in the building, and where it is. A truly amazing individual.
