Yaesu FT 920 with md 100 and sp8/35amp pwr supply

Howdy folks I have a friend that has a Yaesu ft 920 with the sp8 speaker that has the 35 amp power supply and a md-100 mic he wants $1000.00 for it all in near new condition is this a good price ? I will be posting this on QTH.com I just want to let him know if he is too high on this

The radios are going for $800-900 in most cases for high quality specimens. The accessories add little to "package" prices and often can best be sold alone. It makes for a little added packing/shipping, but it makes it easier to recover $$$. I would guess that the $1K is a good price for the package and should not get beat up too bad. It may even get jumped on! Ebay item 3069510785 sold less than a week ago at 825 + high cost shipping for the radio only.
