TS790 CROSS BAND REPEAT MOD QUESTION

Has anyone done the mod on the ts790 for cross band repeat?
The mod instructons arent perfectly clear-
are we soldering a 100k ohm resistor across pins 1 and 11 and then soldering a 1.5k ohm resistor from pin 8 to pin 11?
