i bought a used HENRY 2K4 amp from this JERK and he told me it worked great on all bands and was in great shape i said i would like to see it work and he said he would guarntee it and he would meet me in port st lucy fl to pick it up i bought the amp got it home and you guessed it did not work.
well needless to say i did not get all my money back he had me take it to a friends house in auburndale fl and after getting it there he said he got all my money back but 200.00 $$. dont do buisness with w4aki Frank j Drewniany jr from coral gabels fl.. this man and his friend david rebuild junk henry amps and sell them to suckers like me.

If you file a claim in small claims court, likely, you will get your $200 back. It is worth checking out. If the judge suspects that what you say, regarding the two getting together to bilk honest hams, is possible or probable, your chances might be fairly good.
Because you are not a long distance away, you recourse is much more likely to succeed. Thats what small claim courts are for. In some states, the amount awarded is THREE times the claim, if awarded. So, why not go for it. Oh, yes. Small claims do NOT require you use a lawyer.
