Help needed please

I am a homebrewer, and often we have problems sourcing and buying RF components.
Worse is the ridicoulously high rate of postage some American companies like Digikey, Mouser etc charge for export.

At present I need two Mini-Circuit type PSC-2-1 power splitter. The cheapest I could find is here:

But for $15, they want to charge me $30 postage, and they have no alternative ways.

I have bought complete kits from the States and the postage was between $3 to £13, depending on kind of shippment !.

I am trying to find a kind heart in the States, who can buy for me. Obviously I will pay him in advance.

Problem with sending one is customes papers and export licneses etc.

mouser et al already have that all prepared.

I guess " there ain't no free lunch"

a little postage is a lot easier than a lot of paper work.

when I order from places with ,say,, a $25 minimum, i just save up for the order and also someitmes fill out the 25 with batteries..
always need batteries. ..
