The statement that the Collins grading system is "for all equipment" is misleading. Their grading system is specifically for Collins equipment, no other.

The Collins grading system should not be used on modern day equipment, it was intended for use on Collins equipment only.

The Collins standard leaves too much up to the person rating. Several people tried to apply it to Drake gear and it turned out to be a joke... :x
