N5ZDA - Beware!!!!!

Post by stevesebastianb »

To all of you out there,

I recently purchased a Mizuho SX-3 Preselector from N5ZDA and sent a US$100.00 bank draft to him as payment and postage as he requested. The cheque has been presented and cashed into his account and I have the documents to prove it.

I have not received the goods from N5ZDA and upon sending further emails to the email address of his n5zda@hotmail.com, he now does not respond to my emails about where the goods are?

US$100.00 is not allot of money, but beware of this person! This is a really bad experience!

Will Follow Up on N5ZDA - Report to Authorities

Post by stevesebastianb »

Thanks for the infor. on N5ZDA,

Be sure I will follow up. The next step if I still not receive the goods or reply from this so called Mr. Farley is to report him to the FCC, the Police in New Orleans and enlist the assistance of some friends to track him down and ask him exactly what is going on!

For now, he has earned himself a bad rep. which I will gladly publicise on his behalf!!!

Don't waste your efforts with the FCC. They will not get involved in these cases unless requested to do so by another federal agency. The local police as well as the postal authorities are the right places to start. The postal authorities are actually very good at working with mail fraud cases and since you mailed the payment, it is a solid case of mail fraud.

N5ZDA,

If you by chance read this, then you better think twice and act in a proper manner, with intergrity and honesty. Up to date none of my emails have been replied.

You are headed towards harms way and a world of grief with legal action and a brush with the law.

I cannot imagine why US$100 can sell out your character, honesty and intergrity.
