Been offered a Icom 746 non pro at a reasonable price. One problem the seller says as far as cosmetics it is really nice and works great but for one small problem. He says the volume is low until radio warms up. Should one consider buying it?
Decided not to buy it after the person selling it did not answer a simple question which was how long had it had the problem. which left me with the feeling the seller was not being entirely honest about the radio.
