How does one get the attention of UPS? I am waiting for a package that they admit they have "lost," but don't really seem to be doing anything to find. I have the tracking number, it shows that the last time they knew where it was was 9 days ago. It's like trying to fight a big bank or insurance company, isn't it. They really don't care much about an individual customer.
I've used UPS a lot, both in business and for personal things, but will be very reluctant to use their service again. This is how you find out what a company is really like: what do they do when something goes wrong.
