Need advice: buying a Tri-Chemistry HT battery pack charger

Would one of you kind hams please provide me your advice on buying a good "Tri-Chemistry" HT battery pack charger? I have HTs that use NiCd and others that use Li-ion battery packs. Your advice is greatly appreciated. 73 and thanks!
