Digipan & QRZ Database

The Digipan software program offers two sources for Callsign Lookup; HamCall and QRZ. HamCall is free and works fine. However, I like the feature of QRZ offering photos with the callsign information and so I purchased a one-year subscription but cannot get it to work with Digipan - - it won't connect to QRZ's database.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?
