Bank Transfer

I completed a bank transfer.
The communications since have been scarce and filled with lies on the actual shipping date and as of yet no tracking number.

What recourse do I have to recover my money or get the gear?

Hi Chris,
Could you post the result of this episode when you get it resolved, one way or the other please? I am curious what happens here... I use Paypal for all transactions, so bank transfers are a blind spot for me.

Yes will do.
Stopped by bank yesterday, filed a wire fraud complaint .
Takes several days to here back on that. Also filed with the FBI online fraud dept.
I should have read the safe trading tip on the site here. I would have stopped and thought twice.
Anyhow, in limbo for now Shelby is tomorrow. Guess I will go look for a amp I can lay my hand on.

Please read Scotts safe trading tips. If i had took the time and read them i would not be out 2150.00
NEVER do a BANK TRANSFER !!!!! Nothing is covered you are risking the money. Only do CC or Paypal. That is the only safe method. At least you can dispute the claim and get your funds returned.
