Baojie BJ-271 Plus NEED HELP (memory)

Just picked up a Baojie BJ-271 Plus last night.
The issue I am having is I was trying to program the memory in manually and I just can not figure this one out, only 48 but must be having a senior moment :? LOL.
I can get all the info in manually but can't get the memory to stick, does anybody know if you can only program the memory by computer?
Any help would be great.
