KLM VHF 2M 2-way Power Divider 1/4 wave

I saw some one on classified looking for one of these and I would like to offer it to him but I have no idea what to charge him.
It's about 40 yrs old but only used for two years on a two meter stacked Yagi set up.It's in good shape but then what can wear out.
Does some one know what a fair price would be? Thanks for replying..WB2GWS
