Beware K7EDZ!

Post by ac0ml »

Here is listing posted by someone claiming to be K7EDZ:
Listing Number: 1515485
Date Ad was Placed: 11/24/20
Name: Ed Peterson
Phone Number: 6023595224
Callsign: K7EDZ
Category: MISC
Heading: B&W 550-A 5 position Antenna Switch
I spoke to him via the QTH.com response form. I sent him the money via PayPal. Have had no more contact once money was received. Item was not shipped. This individual knew basic electronics and amateur radio. I was lucky, he only got me for $25.00. BEWARE!

Situation resolved. Out of the blue a package shows up with the switch in it. It seems to be all right. This entire situation including this thread could have been avoided had he returned my emails. I emailed him through the QTH.com system and to his email listed in QRZ. No reply's. With no further knowledge of the status of my transaction, I could only assume the worst as the days went by.
I got my item and it is as advertised. Nothing further.
