I don`t understand why..

A lot of folks posting advertisements don`t seem to proof-read their ads for proper grammar, mis-spelling, and worst of all, posting pictures that are sideways, and even upside down...Then top it off with posting in all CAPS.

There is a "4" station who posts every ad in all caps, with every picture either sideways, or upside down.

There, I said it..I feel better now.

All caps is the same as yelling at someone... Probably no restrictions, but it is such bad form that you will get chastised for doing so...
