I am an experienced online shopper and ever more so under the current pandemic conditions. So you would think that it could be hard to "impress me" in this age of Amazon delivery, GrubHub and the such.

I have been looking to buy an RC2000 (accessory for Kenwood TS2000) and a friend alerted me to a RC2000 for sale Saturday morning. Not having the ability to inquire myself, my friend passed along my contact info to the seller, Leo KJ6HI. Within minutes a reply arrived in my inbox with a youtube link and photos of the item - everything you could possible need to make an on the spot purchase decision.

Payment was arranged and within an hour, I had tracking information and a snapshot of the shipping label. I could hardly believe it when the package showed up Monday afternoon - two days from CA to NY! Beautifully secured and packed for the trip by Leo, the contents EXACTLY as described and photographed.

Leo's communication is superb before and after the sale. Thank you Leo for such a pleasant transaction :D
