Listed in classifieds.

The price is too good to be true.

The first name is misspelled, when compared to QRZ listing. (Jean vs Jens)

There is no email address on QRZ, and the callsign page appears to be inactive.

The IP address shows up in Argentina.

His Email address is for Gmail

Callsign used is W3BPP.

Listed address is Florida, but IP shows up in Argentina.
