Kenwood 2m-261 2 meter radio

I have a gentleman who wants to sell his Kenwood TM-261 it has the TSU-8 installed, has the manual, box, and comes from a non smoker. Has no scratches on it. What sort of price could he expect to sell it for with the information I have listed here? I think that the 261 has been discontinued and replaced with the 261A. He also has a motorola vhf 1/4 wave whip with nimo mount and coax. Any input would be helpfull.
