This has been my backup rig for several years. Very little use. MARS mods.
No WARC bands, but 10 - 160 with excellent receiver. Supposedly 10 to 150 WPEP. I note the later rig, JST 245, advertised for $3,500.

What is it worth?

JST-135's are superb rigs even without the WARC bands. The power rating you quoted, I believe is correct. I have one of them and have never failed to be impressed with its performance. I currently have my 135 on QTH and am asking 1300.00 which includes the JRC matching power supply.
