I bought a SLA battery charger from them thru Ebay and they shipped me a battery instead of a charger.
I emailed them 5 times and no answers.
I finally got them on the phone and was passed around from person to person and was finally told to ship it back and if it checked out ok and was still in saleable condition they would refund my money and then I could buy a charger.
These people are clueless. I paid for the charger and shipping, they screw up, want me to pay shipping back to them and then reorder and pay shipping again.
