Broken Collins 30L1

I have a 30L1 theat doesnt operate.Symptoms are:
No idle current when amplifier is keyed.
Of course, No RF output either
160 volt keying voltage is present at the key jack,grounding this point does not cause Idle current to flow, which is supposed to be about 160 ma.
Any help would be appreciated or information of a Collins repair discussion site would be helpful also.
