Satellite Controller Boards

I am trying to set up a satellite station, but I,m having dificulty finding a computer board to controll the Yaesu 5500 rotors and antennas. Kansas City tracker is no longer made. Anyone know of a board being made that will work in a pci slot and windows operating system? Thanks 73 K5WKS
