FT767GX connecting to Ameritron ARB_704

Hi All. Need some advice on the two jumpers in the ARB-704 and which way should they be set for connecting the 767gx. I can't work it out i am afraid. Also do i need to connect the ARB-704 to an external 12v dc power supply. I believe this is just for the lamp in the display.
