Unbuilt Conar 400 Transmitter

Have an unbuilt Conar 400 transmitter in amazing condition, everything is there, all parts sealed in plastic with cardboard backing, even an unopened mini key from Lafayette Radio. front panel has protective plastic, case is shiny bright blue with no defects, has manual that appears unread. Tube is in there under plastic, as are the variable
caps, coils, chokes, pwr cord, resistors, etc, etc, pwr xfmr and meter are there but separated from the other parts. chassis looks good, no rust, could use some polishing to get it back to 1965 condition. My view is that it is 100 per cent complete. am obviously curious what it might be worth as a close to "mint" item, I know there are many hams who would be interested in revisiting the tube kit building era. 73 bill w9vc
