Answer and ad here and found out the callsign was hijacked....Do not send money via paypal or any other means to this callsign at outlook.com.....you will receive nothing....He send a package all looks good then puts in a delivery exception the day of delivery to ship back to an address in bridgeport,california which is actually the middle of a highway....All packages by those of us scammed have been 32 lbs each.....please be diligent this guy is good and actually gives his phone number to you and you can talk to him, seems to be an older gentleman according to one of the other hams scammed....
