Scammer Alert as "Bob W6XI"

For reports of scammers using other people's callsigns. Remember that any callsigns listed in this forum are likely innocent bystanders (subjects of identity theft) and, thus, are probably not guilty of anything. For bad transactions with verified ham operators, use the Feedback Forum instead.

Scammer Alert as "Bob W6XI"

The scammer who was calling himself "Harry Wayne" and going by WA0ELW is now going as "Bob" and using the call of W6XI on the forums. He is still coming from a verizon IP in Wayne, Pennsylvania of 71.123.63.154 . This is the same IP he's used under other callsigns/names. This person is still using the email address of globaltradesupplier68@gmail.com (and same verizon IP).

He just tried to snag me on a part I'm looking for, for an old Gonset amp. Beware!

checked feedback forum and saw the last time was 2015 so checked
qrz and the name looked the same, sooo replied that i would use paypal
and he disappeared . hmmmm

Have you tried to contact the real W6XI at his qrz email address regarding this?
