This scammer is using a deceased Hams call sign and Street address.
He offers equipment at a very fair price. Takes your Money; direct credit into his bank account
says he will give you the tracking number for the Carrier Post or Courier service and that's the last you hear from him.

So beware of dealing with any body that in the text of the email says he selling his Ham Radio gear to fund Surgery.
There have been 14 instances to date from last December where he has scammed guys off..
