TV interference

Getting back into the ham arena--and now all TV is pretty much digital. Has this reduced the concerns about RF interference from HF antennas? I'm getting a TS 140 probably with a Trans World antenna in a condo/town home setting and I'll be primarily on CW. I'd like to minimize conversations with the neighbors about the antenna if possible. My previous setup was an 80m dipole and I never got any complaints--although my neighbors were a bit further away.
