I have a NOS/unused LP antenna originally made by HyGain but apparently no longer. Marketed mostly to the military/industrial crowd. Its for 30mhz to 1100mhz and has a boom length of 199" Any ideas on value? Thanks!

Thats one big antenna! if your wanting to keep the costs down for rotating it a guess the homebrew method is the way forward unless you can find one second hand on ebay or from one of the dealers. Due to the size i'd probably put it on a crankup tower rather then scaffold poles but if its well supported.
