Possible Scam

Post by w0bkr »

A guy on QTH posing as a new op, wanting "cheap" gear except what he is asking for isn't exactly "cheap". Dropped him an email with some pointed questions and of course, never responded.
IP address doesn't match his QTH per ULS. KM6DHG. Callsign is also unmanaged, another flag.

So, just be careful. Don't know the situation but certainly doesn't bode well in my book.
