This guy has been hitting the swap meet a lot in May,2017. Newest hijacked call sign is KC3GKH. The email he is using is kc3gkh@gmail.com.

Requesting bank transfer as payment for FT-991A radio to:
Antoinette Burney
ACCT# 3540405xxx
Routing# 031000xxx
Wells Fargo Bank
(I left out the last three numerals on both numbers)

This scammer is also going by the name Leroy Jarrett peddling an IC-7600.

He has been hitting QRZ and QTH swap forums.
