I have an old SS-9000 Heath about a 8 on a scale of 10. Does anyone know the value of the rare Heath rig.

This was the last of the Heathkits, and helped the demise of kit building.
These were all factory built, and cost them more than what they listed for. And they were higher than the new japanese transceivers becoming popular at the time. Most of the 9000's were trouble ridden, and marginally performed when they did work.
As a useable transceiver, they're not worth probably $300-500.
As a collector's item (shelf decoration) maybe up to $1000.
