You must mean the same guy that never posts any pictures.
Since there is no way to filter out certain calls, no way to filter out ads without pictures, and this huckster is smart enough to repost all of his garage sale items as new ads, the only choice left that I know of is to not reads the ads. Too bad it came down to this.
