HONEST seller till I needed the UPC code to register the 7100 with Icom.
Seller refused to supply UPC code (cut it out off the box) cause he already sent in for the Icom rebate money
Icom WILL NOT except a new Radio registration with out the UPC code off the box. It did have the needed serial number.
