This is my first purchase on QTH and what a pleasure it was to do it with AD4C (Hector). Hector's price was very good, but the communication from him and going the extra mile so my radio (CS-800D) was plug and play when it arrived by already programming my call sign, id number and local repeaters into it. Radio came better than described and very well packaged. Thanks
