David requested lots of technical information both about the unit and how to use it effectively. We had many email exchanges informing him about the types of antennas he might use with the unit. He was very cautious until he understood what he was buying and how to use it. The sale required more time than most but turned out in the end that David became a very informed buyer- made the transaction all that more transparent and easy.
