I-177 & I-177B Tube testers...worth anything?

what are they worth now days?
by the grading sticky I would say they are a 4.
bulbs & fuses are missing, Tubes are there, unknown what functional condition they are in though.
the 177-B has a bad "R" variable but the 177's is ok.
been carrying these around for a while with the thought of restoring one to have around...decided not to bother.
anyone care to give an opinion on what they might be worth whole or in parts?.
