Possible scammer using callsign

For reports of scammers using other people's callsigns. Remember that any callsigns listed in this forum are likely innocent bystanders (subjects of identity theft) and, thus, are probably not guilty of anything. For bad transactions with verified ham operators, use the Feedback Forum instead.

Possible scammer using callsign

Just got an Email in response to an ad here from someone claiming to be HA5CUG.

No activity on that call sign on line since 2010, and "claims" to be a reliable Buyer on this site are from 2014.

I dont know for a fact this call signs being improperly used, BUT...

Todays Email was from Public Domain internet (Gmail), not the local ISP Email used on QTH.

Gmail and Yahoo? are the home of all scammers.
