QTH.COM Swap Chat

I was wondering if anyone was having any problems with their Anytone 878 UV plus, I recently tried to talk on my radio and couldn't transmit but I could hear other stations talking, the Elmer who set up my radio checked it out and said everything was configured correctly. does anyone have any idea what I could do to get it talking again. The radio is only a year old but I have no idea of what else to try. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
