Need remote access to your flex 6000!!

Hey there guys.. I'm living in an hoa restricted mobile home community and unable to have any antenna. I'm looking to either buy a 6000 ( 6400) radio and a Maestro if you have one for sale! Or i have a mint ICOM 7700 to trade.

In any event i would consider leaving the radio in your shack to use in exchange for allowing me remote access from my qth in so cal.

I could purchase separately the Maestro if you don't have one. Obviously there needs to be a trust factor here since i bought the radio and you have possession!!

I would appreciate any thoughts or ideas you may have??
