Sent him money for a Palstar tuner. After money cleared PayPal he disappeared. No FedEx shipping info, will not take my phone calls, no reply to emails. I told him I will be filing a complaint with FBI Internet Crimes IC3 Division. I did not use buyer protection because he said he was hard for money due to Covid and I wanted to help him out by keeping the costs down.
