Bruce responded to my phone call in a timely manner. Paid via Cashapp i believe on a Saturday and was shipped out the following Monday, Package arrived and was as if I was opening it direct from manufacturer. My only issue was there was no power supply cord in the box and I had asked if there was when making the purchase and there was suppose to be one. I called him and he said he was unable to locate it, which he did attempt to call me to let me know the day it was shipped he said I was just unable to get to the phone due to work. Would do business with again.
