Bad Buyers List?

In about the last week I have had 3 separate "Buyers" say they were going to buy a high value item from me and did not follow through.

First one wouldn't even reply to a are you still interested?
Second one denied he said he would send payment the following day.
Third one wanted to pay with Zelle so I opened a new account at a bank that offers Zelle and then he said he went to the hospital with chest pain and would get back to me, he still hasn't. Also, the next day he has a want ad for a high power tuner.
I have the emails...

Should these people be outed on the feedback forum?
